Since Carruth Studio is located in the "Black Swamp" region of Ohio, this hungry frog seems right at home. This scene of autumn's bounty is cast in a large format to fit into standard masonry dimensions. Originally hand carved in Indiana limestone by George, it is one of four large blocks that capture the mood of the four seasons. This large sculpture makes a beautiful statement whether displayed in a wall, terrace, or outdoor structure. The chisel marks on the surface give it a one of a kind, hand made appearance. What is a Patina: It is the finish applied that brings out the details of each piece, while at the same time giving it a warm, naturally aged appearance. Since colors are artistically applied by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike.

• The Aged Stone Patina on a natural stone base replicates soft brown earth tones.
• Our Designer White Patina consists of a hand applied charcoal tone on a fresh white base.
• Our original natural stone has a very light wash applied to a natural stone base, offering less contrast.
