Garden & Home Art Holiday Gift Ideas

When Carruth Studio started back in the early 80's, the focus was on garden art. Now holiday designs make up a surprising portion of the line. The transition from medieval images similar to those found on cathedrals in Europe to Christmas nativity scenes was great fun. The traditional, hand carved look is a natural fit.

Nativity scenes include "Oh Holy Night" #584, "Nativity Stone" #575, and new for this year, "Tidings of Joy Nativity" #1146. We also have whimsical images like "Naughty and Nice" #5047 that depicts Mr. and Mrs. Claus on a motorcycle. Or "Chillin With the Family" #1009 that shows an entire snowman family, dog and cat included, holding a banner that says "Family". Take a close look and enjoy everything from snowflakes to votive holders.

We have a variety of bunnies for spring and Easter. "Bunny Patch" #119 and "Frenchy Bunny" #325 will add character to any area. "Friends are Everywhere" #1044 is an angel image that captures the freshness of spring flowers, complete with butterflies.

New at the studio are Halloween sculptures. "Pumpkin Party" #1124 reminds us of pumpkin carving and costume parties. "Terrifying Trio" #1118 brings back memories of trick or treating, homemade costumes, paper sacks full of candy and being out in the autumn night with friends. Both are filled with wonderful childhood memories.

So look over the entire catalog. Images like "Tree of Life #560 or "Large Celestial Attraction" #1117L also work well for any holiday.
